Roles of the
‍Strategic Associate

The Program contemplates two types of participation, defined to organize functions and responsibilities without converting the model into a commercial scheme:

About roles
Both Active Strategic Partners and Associate Referers operate under the same institutional, ethical and methodological framework, and are governed by the Evaluation and Execution Protocol.
Primary Operational Role

Active Strategic Associate

General profile
Professional or entity with independent judgment, verifiable track record and institutional compatibility. Their role requires understanding of the REGIUS model, framing ability and responsibility in communicating with the client.
Primary contact person
It acts as the main point of contact with the customer, especially in the initial stages. It presents the REGIUS model correctly, performs a qualitative filter and coordinates access to the initial meeting in accordance with the Protocol.
Custody of the relationship with the client
The primary relationship with the client is kept in the custody of the Associate. REGIUS does not compete for or replace that link; it intervenes within the agreed scope and without interfering with the Associate's professional position.
Expectation management and initial framing
Order expectations from the start: progressive process, discretionary evaluation, absence of guarantees of acceptance or results, and phased delimitation. This framework prevents misinterpretations about scopes and responsibilities.

Strategic Associate - Associate Referrer

General profile
Professional or entity with a compatible track record and reputation, whose main contribution consists of refer and connect to potential Strategic Partners in the Program, under an institutional standard and without operational functions vis-a-vis end customers.
Role within the Program
Their role is to identify suitable profiles to be integrated as Strategic Partners and to facilitate the initial link with REGIUS. It does not act as the main interlocutor for cases with clients nor does it participate in the coordination of stages of the Protocol, unless it formally assumes an active role in a specific case.
Custody and relationship with clients
It does not safeguard the relationship with the end customer within the operational framework of the Program, since their participation is not oriented to the development of cases, but rather to the incorporation of compatible professional profiles.
Managing expectations and framing
When making an institutional reference, it communicates in a sober and correct way the nature of the Program: selective nature, discretionary evaluation and absence of automatic acceptance. Its objective is to preserve the reputational coherence of the Program and to avoid inappropriate expectations.

What Our Associates Are Not

Institutional Exclusions

In this program, neither the Active Strategic Associate nor the Associate Referring Associate are:
Commissioner, transactional affiliate or volume channel.
The Program is not a mass recruitment or volume incentive scheme without qualitative control.
Informal intermediary or unstructured manager.
All action falls within the framework of the Protocol and under a clear delimitation of functions.
REGIUS service seller or commercial promoter.
The Associate does not market solutions or commit actions before their formal evaluation.
Promoter of unevaluated solutions or additions without institutional validation.
No proposal or incorporation into the Program is made without prior analysis and compatibility with the defined standards.
