Economic Relationship and Nature of the Engagement
The economic relationship within the Strategic Partners Program is governed by criteria of transparency, institutional coherence and appropriateness to the specific case.
On the economic relationship
There are no automatic standard schemes or volume incentives. Each case is analyzed and structured according to its nature, complexity and mode of participation. Economic terms, when appropriate, are defined in an express and documented way, avoiding ambiguities or implicit interpretations.
Adequacy of each intervention
Case-by-Case Definition
The model does not promote the presentation of unfeasible cases or encourage referrals that do not meet minimum requirements of relevance. The sustainability of the Program depends on the quality of the framework and not on the number of actions.
Economic conditions, where appropriate, are determined based on:
☉ The service line involved. ☉ The specific scope of the intervention. ☉ The phases actually developed. ☉ The degree of participation of the Associate under the Protocol.
No economic scheme replaces previous structural evaluation or alters institutional validation criteria.

Nature of the Relationship
The relationship between REGIUS and the Strategic Associate is professional and independent in nature. This relationship does not constitute:
Employment relationship.
Link of subordination.
Corporate representation.
There is no exclusivity, unless it is expressly agreed in writing in a particular case. Each party maintains its legal, organizational and professional independence, acting at its own discretion and within the limits defined in the institutional framework.
Autonomy of judgment
Principle of Independence
Collaboration is based on independent judgment and individual responsibility. Professional independence is not only preserved, but it constitutes an essential element of the model.
