The process begins with a preliminary contact, which may originate from direct initiative or institutional reference. At this stage, a general approach is made to confirm interest and relevance, without implying formal commitment on the part of either party.

An institutional meeting is being held aimed at:
☉ Explain the REGIUS model and its structural logic.
☉ Clarify the scope of the Program and its limits.
☉ Confirm professional and reputational compatibility.
☉ Resolve questions about roles and responsibilities.
This meeting is neither commercial nor contractual in nature. Its purpose is to verify conceptual and ethical alignment.

When there is preliminary compatibility, institutional documentation is shared that allows us to understand the collaboration framework in greater detail.
This documentation is informational and confidential. It does not imply automatic approval or enable any action until the formal process is complete.

The incorporation is formalized only after:
☉ Favorable internal evaluation.
☉ Express acceptance of the principles of the Program.
☉ Signing of the corresponding collaboration agreement.
Only then does the professional or entity formally acquire the status of Strategic Associate within the institutional framework.
