It establishes the framework under which we evaluate and develop working relationships with clients referred by Strategic Partners. Its purpose is to organize the process, protect all parties involved and avoid misinterpretations about scope, responsibilities or expectations.

Stages of the Protocol.

The protocol is developed as a progressive itinerary with clear decision points. Each stage can lead to the next one or end the process when appropriate.

Initial Contact and Preliminary Evaluation
Participate: Strategic Associate and Client.

The Associate correctly presents the REGIUS institutional model and performs a preliminary qualitative filter. You can share the corporate brochure and refer the client to the institutional website. No sensitive documents or information are requested at this stage. The objective is to determine if it is reasonable to move towards an initial meeting.

It can be held in person or via secure videoconference. It can be recorded with advance notice. Its purpose is to understand the case, explain the model and carry out a preliminary evaluation. No documents are requested or economic proposals are made at this stage.

A discretionary and non-binding evaluation is carried out that analyzes, among other factors:

☉ Compatibility with our identity and institutional principles.
☉ Ethical and reputational viability.

☉ Operational and financial coherence.
☉ Level of risk and real capacity to provide structural value.


The result may be: to decline the case, to request additional clarifications (not documentary) or to move towards the formalization of the work environment.

Confidentiality Agreement (NCNDA)

The NCNDA protects customer information and REGIUS' methodology, contacts and structure, formalizing a serious and professional exchange environment. Only after this agreement can the exchange of sensitive information or structured documentation begin.

Phase 1 proposal and execution

A proposal is presented that defines objectives, scope, methodology, requirements, deadlines and fees. Phase 1 involves an in-depth and independent analysis that may include documentary review, compliance verification and structural evaluation. As a result, a structured report is delivered that details findings, risks, limitations, and possible courses of action.

If appropriate, a specific scope of action, mode of participation, roles, deadlines and fee schedule are defined. This phase may include structuring, facilitation, strategic coordination or operational execution, in accordance with the limits expressly defined in the corresponding proposal.
