Primary custody of the bond
We do not compete for the Associate's relationship with the end client, nor do we develop parallel actions that interfere with that link. The primary relationship corresponds to the Associate, unless another modality is expressly agreed in a specific case.
All participation is defined by a formal proposal that establishes phases, objectives, limits and modalities of action. No intervention is presumed or extended beyond the scope expressly agreed upon.
REGIUS may decline or pause a case at any stage when minimum conditions of coherence, viability or institutional responsibility are not met.
This power forms part of the standard of prudence that protects all parties involved.
