Regius does not directly manage funds or financial assets and acts solely as an intermediary between its clients and the third parties presented.

Regius acts as a service facilitator and is not responsible for the direct management of funds or for investment, financial or commercial decisions made by clients or the third parties involved. The services provided do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and any decision taken by the client as a result of the link services provided is their sole responsibility.
Regius does not guarantee the success of any transaction or the achievement of the proposed investment or commercial objectives through the steps provided by its partners. The customer acknowledges that any transaction, investment or agreement concluded after the brokerage of Regius is carried out at their own risk and discretion.
3.2 Exclusion of Warranties
All services provided by Regius are provided “as is”, without express or implied warranty of any kind. Regius does not guarantee that the services are free from errors, interruptions or security threats. The use of the website and services is at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Regius be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the services or the website, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions or loss of data.
Regius works with strategic partners who are duly authorized to operate in international financial and commercial markets. Any transaction or agreement that customers enter into with these partners will be governed by the terms and conditions imposed by such third parties, and Regius assumes no responsibility for the content, legality or execution of such agreements.
All content available on the Regius website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Regius or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.
