SERVICE LINE

Strategic Relationship Management and Facilitation.

We provide this service when a company, business group or investor requires structured access to actors, institutions or counterparties with whom it does not have a direct, effective or viable relationship in the current state.
About the service
Our participation does not consist in executing the transaction or in replacing the parties in the final negotiation. We intervene in identifying, structuring and facilitating the necessary strategic link so that the process can be developed with clarity and coherence.

intervention phases

Scope of Participation.

Our participation is organized in defined stages that allow us to precisely define the scope of the intervention. Each phase responds to a structured logic aimed at ordering the process and facilitating the strategic link between the parties.
Needs Identification and Analysis.
We begin with a structured evaluation of the proposed objective, delimiting the nature of the requirement, the appropriate counterparty profile and the minimum conditions for the approach to be feasible.
Strategic link management
We identify and analyze potential relevant actors — financial, commercial or institutional — according to the defined framework, verifying preliminary compatibility and general conditions of interest.
Facilitating the approach
We organize the contact process and structure the initial framework of interaction between the parties, seeking clarity in expectations, limits and scope.

Strategic support
We accompany the process of dialogue and understanding to the point where the parties can continue directly or under the terms that are defined. In this line, we do not intervene in the operational execution or in the subsequent contractual implementation, unless a different modality is agreed under another line of service.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

When is this type of service appropriate?

When the client requires structured access to actors, institutions or counterparties with whom they do not have a direct or effective relationship, and they need to organize the approach process.

Does REGIUS negotiate or execute the transaction on behalf of the parties?

No. Our intervention focuses on identifying, structuring and facilitating the strategic link. The final negotiation and formalization correspond directly to the parties, unless another modality is agreed under a different line.

What does “facilitation” entail in practice?

It involves analyzing the specific need, identifying potential compatible counterparts and structuring the initial framework of interaction so that the process can be developed with clarity and delimitation of expectations.

Does REGIUS permanently represent the customer to third parties?

No. We do not assume permanent representation or replace the client's decision-making capacity. The intervention is limited to the objective and scope defined in the corresponding proposal.

Are counterparties pre-verified?

Yes. Before providing an approach, we carry out a preliminary compatibility and feasibility analysis according to the framework defined for the case.

What happens once the parties establish direct contact?

Once the initial link has been structured and the process framed, the parties can continue directly or define a new type of participation if the nature of the transaction requires it.
