Our client is the Strategic Associate. We do not compete for the end customer or carry out parallel activities that interfere with the Associate's primary relationship. Our intervention is articulated within the agreed framework, preserving the Associate's professional position and respecting their relationship with the client.

Adequate presentation of the institutional model to the client.
The Associate presents the REGIUS model faithfully and precisely, explaining its structured nature, its limits and its institutional nature, avoiding generating expectations that do not correspond to the real scope of action.
Transparent and orderly communication throughout the process.
The interaction between REGIUS, the Associate and the customer develops clearly, avoiding overlaps or contradictory messages, and maintaining consistency at every stage.
Respect for the limits of action defined at each stage.
Each phase of the process has a specific scope. No party assumes functions that do not belong to it or carries out steps without the necessary evaluation and formalization.
Structured coordination when the situation evolves.
When the case progresses to later stages, collaboration is explicitly reorganized, defining roles, responsibilities and communication channels.
Mutual confidentiality and reputational protection.
The information shared is managed with confidentiality and professionalism, preserving the reputation, integrity and legitimate interests of all parties involved.

The collaboration is developed on a case-by-case basis. The existence of the institutional link does not imply an automatic commitment to future action.

What rules govern the relationship within the Program?
